Senior of the Day: Part I

To the readers of this Blog...I am so sorry that I have been slacking. I have been in and out of town doing lots of photography and then...when I am in town, I am doing nothing but editing and trying to keep up with my husband and baby. LIFE IS NUTS! Anyway, enough with the excuses... and on with the SENIORS!
This is part one of 4 (I think) of my seniors. I am excited to share each one with you and I will try to include where I took it, with which lens and which actions I used when editing (if any). I figured since my blog is called "exposing the big picture/ behind the camera" then I better live up to expectations...So here it goes...

INTRODUCING JOSH!!
Josh is graduating from Humble. All of his senior pictures were taken at or around the "summerhill" subdivision in Humble...I don't know the area very well so that's all you get (sorry). He will be attending A&M Corpus Christi...I am super proud of him...I have known him his entire life and to see what an amazing young man he has become is such an honor. He is an accomplished Cheerleader and hilarious to hang out with! I LOVE YOU JOSH and wish you the best at A&M Corpus!! Have a blast and don't get into trouble!! :0)

This was taken with the "Nifty Fifty" (50mm 1.8) settings...f2.8, iso 100, shutter 1/500

 This one was shot with...50mm, f 2.5, iso 400, shutter 1/2000

 This one...50mm, f2.5, iso 100, shutter 1/50

This one...28-135 at 47mm, f 4, iso 400, shutter 1/800

This one...I used the 28-135 at 38mm, f 4.0, iso 100, shutter 1/20 - i am not sure why i used these settings, but I did, and got what I wanted...so I was happy ;0)

This one...50mm, f 2.2, iso 100, shutter 1/1600

This one.. 28-135 at 47mm, f 4.0, iso 400, shutter 1/200.

This one... 50mm, f2.5, iso 400, shutter 1/320
All of these images were opened in CS4 and popped with an s-curve...I usually do a few s-curves to pop different colors...I invert the curve and paint in which color I intended to pop...(this shoot was pre- rad actions) LOVE Totally Rad Actions!! If you don't have'em get'em!!
