Real Estate...

So...I am working on getting my real estate license. It's not too bad...I am doing it online and it seems to be going pretty quick. There are quite a few things I already know, just because Brant and I have been investing for so long that we have already had to figure some of this stuff out...but some of it is kind of confusing. It goes against stuff that I have already learned. It's things they are saying that you have to remove from the property and that you are suppose to follow these specific guidelines, but I know ways to write the contract so that you can bypass more hassle than is necessary...Is that bad? I submit that it is NOT! Just a way to help. Anyway, that's what is currently going on...I really hope I can get all of this done soon...it is A LOT of information!
